Aroma is sweet, like a honey infused tea. Also, referred to as Immortelle or Everlasting. The name comes from the Greek, helios (sun) and chyros (gold) that refer to the way the blooms resemble tiny golden suns. Long prized by the Romans where the dried flowers were said to be in every soldiers pack to treat injuries endured in battle.
